I am proud and excited to work with a team that not only appreciates but encourages my creative endeavours. Itโ€™s fulfilling to contribute to a workplace that values creativity and innovation, and I look forward to making a meaningful impact.

Did you know…

I joined the HERA whฤnau in 2023!

My additional roles include:
Mฤtauranga Mฤori Project Lead

When I was a little girl, my mum used to say I wanted to be an art teacher – which feels right looking back!

Iโ€™ve always been the artsy one in the family, and I knew from a young age that I was drawn to creativity. That dream evolved over timeโ€”from art teacher to fashion designer, interior designer, and even a full-time artist. The thread of creativity has always been there.

Now, at HERA, I bring that creativity to life in my role, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for the organisation’s success. As the first point of contact at reception, I manage administration, social media, and in-house events, but my heart lies in graphic design. I get to combine tradition with trend, adding a youthful, vibrant energy to our team.

Having previously contracted within the metals industry, I bring a good base of knowledge and experience within this field which has allowed me to transition into this role quickly to meet the needs of my team and the work they do.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate hobbyist – I enjoy painting, drawing, crocheting, and diving into shows and exploring the worlds others builds in gaming and anime. I’m a daughter, sister, and friend, and spending time with the people I care about means the world to me.

My dream for the future? Simply to keep sharing my passion for the beauty this world offersโ€”whether through travel, art, deep connections, or wherever that leads me! Moments like these give me purpose and fill my cup!
