The HERA Chair now invites Ordinary Members to make nominations for the HERA Board.
The only Board member whose term will expire at the 2024 AGM is the current Chair, Craig Stevenson, Aurecon. Craig is available for re-election.

If more than one nomination is received, an election by secure electronic ballot of paid-up Ordinary members will be held.
Board members are expected to attend quarterly Board meetings, represent HERA at key functions, join sub-committees as required, attend the AGM and participate in online governance activities in between meetings.
The HERA AGM will be held on Wednesday 19 June at venue HERA House, 17-19 Gladding Place, Manukau City.
