Cancellation policy
Conference spaces are limited and are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Your place will be confirmed once payment has been received.
- Should the seminar be cancelled due to events outside the control of the organizer, attendees will receive a full refund of the attendance fee
- Attendee cancellation prior to 01/03/2024 will receive a 50% refund.
- Attendee cancellation after 02/03/2020 will not receive a refund.
- Replacements from the same company are accepted.
- All cancellations and replacements must be emailed to admin@hera.org.nz.
