Catching up with Caitlin

In 2023, HERA welcomed Caitlin on a temporary basis, while we searched for the right candidate for the Digital Administration role.

However, her dedication quickly proved her worth, prompting us to extend a permanent invitation to join our team!

Now, she’s an integral part of our team, handling various responsibilities effortlessly. From handling our social media presence and website updates to being the welcoming face at reception, Caitlin does it all. She brings with her a Bachelor of Media Design and she showcases her talents as our in-house graphic designer and podcast editor.

Rebecca Symonds, HERA Manager Customer Experience (and Caitlin’s proud mother), couldn’t be more thrilled with Caitlin’s contributions to the team. “I am stoked to have Caitlin working alongside me as part of our administration team. She seamlessly interacts with our customers and collaborates with me to streamline administrative processes whilst also supporting our colleagues when and where she can.”

Caitlin’s creativity is incorporated into home life also. She loves to draw, complete paid art commissions, and crochet in her spare time.
