From LEGO bricks to algorithms – I’ve always loved building things.

Did you know…

Iโ€™m based in Tฤmaki Makaurau, Auckland

I report in to Michail Karpenko

Iโ€™m all about using tech to make a real impact, especially in sustainability.

Right now, Iโ€™m starting my Masterโ€™s in Computer Science at the University of Auckland after studying Maths and Software Engineering for my undergrad and completing my Honours in CS. My research focuses on high-performance data algorithms and their real-world applications.

Iโ€™m working with HERA on a project to develop a sustainable steel component library, making it easier for architects and engineers to select eco-friendly, recycled, and locally sourced materials when designing buildings. Small choices add up, and better tools can help push the industry towards the goals of Construction 4.0

I believe that learning new things makes life more interesting and my skills more adaptable. I like keeping things varied, whether it’s improving my French, getting lost in a good book, playing tennis, or messing around on my guitar.

In the long term, I want to take my skills beyond New Zealand and build a career in Europe, drawn by its rich history, beautiful cities, and diverse opportunities.
